Instructions: Apply a small amount directly on the affected area and massage the cream into the skin well. It’s best to apply after a shower, when the skin is clear of lotions and other oils. The first few times applying magnesium in a cream may result in some uncomfortable tingling. This should dissipate the longer you use it.
